The award-winning CA-608 was our first integrated amplifier, and it quickly gained popularity and critical acclaim from audiophiles worldwide upon its release. Production of the CA-608 ran from June 1999 to November 2006. We had to discontinue production of the CA-608 because many original parts and components were no longer in production and available.

The Rebirth of CA-608:

We received numerous requests for the CA-608 from time to time, and ultimately decided to put it back into production. The M608 is based on the original CA-608, using four EL34 output transistors in an improved circuit and operating in super-linear mode. Like all our other products, the M608 is manufactured using the highest quality parts and components we could find. The power supply and output transformers are handcrafted in the USA according to our specifications. A Swiss-made ELMA rotary switch with gold-plated contacts serves as the input selector. A volume control from the Japanese Alps is used for volume adjustment. MIT PPFXS MultiCaps are used for critical circuit locations.
