C1000 Preamplifier
Dual-mono, four-chassis design:
C1000 is the successor to our legendary C900 preamplifier, which uses twelve vacuum tubes. It features a dual-mono quad-chassis design (left and right channels completely separate) with matched external power supplies. Balanced inputs and outputs are provided to ensure optimal performance from the high-quality components. Remote volume control and input selection are standard.
The redesigned production line platform, using carefully selected 6SN7 vacuum tubes, ensures low-noise operation. The modified power supply eliminates any power line noise and eliminates the redistribution of power noise.
With its high transparency, wide dynamic sound field, and 3D imaging capabilities, the C1000 is perhaps the best preamplifier one could want.
C1000 Preamplifier Functions:
Low-noise dual mono (left and right channel separated) line stage with (4) 6SN7 vacuum tubes.
The matched external power supply comes with (2) GZ34, (4) 6V6 and (2) 6SL7 vacuum tubes.
A rectifier with dual choke filters (using two chokes).
Customized EI power transformers.
One pair of XLR balanced inputs and four pairs of RCA single-ended inputs.
One pair of XLR balanced outputs and two pairs of RCA single-ended outputs.
120-step discrete relay attenuator for volume control.
Large, easy-to-read dot-matrix LED front panel display.
All-aluminum, full-function remote control.
