In response to a flood of requests, we developed Horus tonearm. We enjoy sharing our products at audio shows, and customers often express a desire for TriangleART-level tonearm performance at a reasonable price. They ask us to build upon the Osiris, avoiding or resolving the compromises that render many mid-range tonearms mediocre, thus maximizing value. We saw this as a challenge. After experimenting with gimbal and parallel tracking designs, we ultimately adopted the classic single-axis design. We discovered that common tonearm problems often stem from inappropriate material selection and insufficient manufacturing processes, rather than inherent limitations of the design itself. Thus, Horus was born, its name derived from Osiris, the son of Egyptologists—a truly fitting name.

Horus’ classic, minimalist switch design utilizes the same materials and craftsmanship perfected in OSIRIS MkII, including Macasa ebony and brass. We’ve also applied a diamond coating to the single-point bearing, achieving not only exceptionally smooth operation but also easy tuning. Horus delivers a pure and precise sound while retaining the signature smoothness and exceptional musicality of the OSIRIS MkII. This design also supports instant operation.
