RHEA REFERENCE
All Triangle ART cables are made with cryogenically treated pure silver conductors. Despite the high cost of silver, we chose it as our core material because it has the highest conductivity of all metals. (Common conductivity standards assign a baseline value of 100 to silver, while other metals are rated according to their conductivity relative to silver.) Because silver is too soft for terminal connections, we use copper, which has the next highest conductivity, and plate it with rhodium. The rhodium plating has extremely high hardness and will not wear down even after years of repeated plugging and unplugging. This durability ensures the integrity of the protective layer covering the copper wires—crucial as copper is susceptible to corrosion that reduces conductivity. In contrast, rhodium is one of the most corrosion-resistant metals, easily resisting acids, alkalis, and most chemicals. We take extreme measures to isolate signals, including using Teflon insulation. Teflon is an excellent insulator, blocking current flow even at extremely high voltages, and its performance does not degrade at extremely high temperatures (Teflon can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit). Teflon is particularly outstanding as a cable insulation material due to its smooth surface, excellent elasticity, and high flexibility. Therefore, it will not bind, pull, or abrade the internal conductor, and can be freely wound, stretched, and even bent without kinking or cracking. Triangle ART cable uses a carbon fiber braided shielding layer, which is lightweight, flexible, and extremely tough, resisting abrasion, friction, shearing forces, and tensile stress.

All cables are two meters long—a length suitable for most users. Custom lengths are available, and both dovetail and banana plugs can be combined.
