Canary Audio is a professional American manufacturer of vacuum tube equipment. Their products are all-tube phono preamplifiers with a dual-chassis design – one chassis containing a tube-regulated power supply, and the other containing a four-tube preamplifier circuit.

This device is constructed using the finest available parts, featuring a very heavy steel chassis, a beautiful thick champagne-colored front panel, and high-quality connectors and switches. The superb circuit board quality is a Canary trademark. Separate inputs for MM and MC are provided, allowing for the use of two cartridges. High (47KΩ) and low (370Ω) input impedances can be selected using the front panel switches.

This is a device with extremely low noise and extremely high gain. I successfully used the 0.35 mV Ortofon Jubilee, which produced a low-noise and beautiful, clear, and very well-represented dense sound. Herbie vacuum tube dampers were used for the vacuum tubes to produce a more dynamic and smoother sound.
