HiFace Evo takes music data stored on a PC via USB, converts it to an SPDIF signal, which is the standard digital format for audio equipment, and outputs it.

Supported formats include 16Bit/44.1kHz, which is the CD format, 24Bit/96kHz, which is even higher quality, and 24Bit/192kHz, which is even higher.
In addition, like hiFace, the main factor that enables high-quality sound playback is the provision of a unique driver that avoids the deterioration of sound quality caused by the OS’s standard mixer.
Not only DACs without SB inputs and headphone amplifiers with built-in DACs, but also products with USB inputs can be connected via hiFace Evo to support 24Bit/96kHz and 24Bit/192kHz and avoid the OS’s standard mixer, improving sound quality. (The DAC used must support each format.)
hiFace only had SPDIF output with RCA or BNC terminals, but hiFace Evo has both RCA and BNC terminals.
In addition, it supports a variety of outputs, including square optical terminals (TOS Link), AES/EBU, ST Link, and I2S.
Many people also use hiFace with high-end equipment and in recording environments, and upon request from users, we can support external clocks, which are essential in those environments, to further improve sound quality and stability.
